Shut the main if the ceiling is moving.

1. Find the meter. In most Fort Wayne street-wall meters it is inside, on the street wall, down low.
2. The house valve is on the house side of the meter. Turn it clockwise.
3. Open a low faucet and one upstairs so the lines drain.
4. If the valve will not move, leave it. Forcing it is how a basement fills. Call (260) 555-0122.
